Roles and Duties:

• The essence of our operations revolves around selling and service, ensuring that customers embark on a flawless journey marked by motivation, relationship-building, and comprehensive product knowledge.
• A key focus on team and culture is to give priority to colleagues by recruiting, training, and keeping critical talent.
• Supports the creation and maintenance of a safe, orderly, and efficient workplace through operational excellence.
• In visual merchandising, the main focus is on weaving compelling stories that celebrate the fusion of sport and fashion.
• Digital: Strengthens and enriches the relationship between online and offline experiences by utilizing in-store features.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in retail and customer service gained over a three-year period
• One year of being in a leadership position
• Illustrated capability in recruiting, establishing, and managing top-tier teams
• Passion for interacting with customers and inspiring them to join the Nike Membership platform
• The essence of digital literacy is the motivation to understand and adapt to technological needs promptly
• Being willing to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary to meet the needs of the business
• Physical demands for the role include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for long periods with or without reasonable adjustments.
• Fluency in English conversation
• A high school diploma or GED is the desired credential, although having post-secondary education completed would be seen as a bonus
