Roles and Duties:

• Focusing on selling and service allows us to create exceptional consumer experiences that are defined by encouragement, connection, and a thorough grasp of the products we offer.
• A key focus on team and culture is to give priority to colleagues by recruiting, training, and keeping critical talent.
• Operational excellence is integral in promoting and sustaining a secure, well-structured, and efficient work environment.
• In visual merchandising, the main focus is on weaving compelling stories that celebrate the fusion of sport and fashion.
• Digital: Enhances and nurtures the correlation between online and offline services by implementing in-person instruments.

Qualifications:

• A history of three years in retail operations and customer service
• One year of being in a leadership position
• Manifested skill in recruiting, forging, and guiding high-impact teams
• Passion for interacting with customers and inspiring them to join the Nike Membership platform
• Being digitally literate involves the desire to learn and swiftly adjust to the evolving needs of technology
• Demonstrating versatility and a willingness to work diverse shifts like mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the demands of the organization
• Physical demands involve the capacity to rotate, flex, crouch, extend, ascend a ladder, and remain upright for prolonged durations with or without necessary adjustments.
• Skill in communicating using English
• It is preferred for applicants to hold a high school diploma or GED, and having completed post-secondary education would be an asset
