Qualifications:

• Experience in the retail industry or customer service sector spanning three years
• A year of leading others
• Proven skill in the recruitment, creation, and management of successful team dynamics
• Passion for connecting with clients and encouraging them to enroll in the Nike Members initiative
• Digital literacy denotes the eagerness to educate oneself and be flexible in meeting technological requirements
• Displaying adaptability and a positive attitude towards working varied shifts such as mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to support the business operations
• The job necessitates individuals to have the physical capability to rotate, bend, stoop, stretch, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without necessary support.
• Competence in the English language
• A high school diploma or GED is the desired credential, although having post-secondary education completed would be seen as a bonus
