Roles and Duties:

• Upholds a safe, organized, and efficient workplace environment through operational excellence.

• Digital: Improves and advances the connection between online and offline offerings through the utilization of in-house tools.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the retail industry or customer service sector spanning three years
• A year's worth of leadership responsibilities
• Evidenced proficiency in attracting, structuring, and steering high-caliber teams
• Vigor for engaging with consumers and encouraging them to become part of the Nike Members program
• The essence of digital literacy is the motivation to understand and adapt to technological needs promptly
• Demonstrating a flexible approach and readiness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in accordance with the business schedule
• The position requires the physical ability to twist, bend, crouch, stretch, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Proficient in the use of English for communication
• Candidates with a high school diploma or GED are preferred, and completion of post-secondary education is regarded as beneficial
