Roles and Duties:

Qualifications:

• Three years of hands-on experience in retail or consumer service
• A year's worth of leadership responsibilities
• Exhibited talent in enlisting, establishing, and directing high-achieving teams
• Eagerness to engage with customers and inspire them to be part of the Nike Membership community
• The essence of digital literacy lies in the enthusiasm to learn and adapt to the ever-changing technological landscape
• Displaying adaptability and a positive attitude towards working varied shifts such as mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to support the business operations
• Candidates need to have the physical ability to twist, bend, crouch, reach, ascend a ladder, and endure standing for extended intervals, with or without reasonable modifications.
• Capacity to express oneself in English
• Candidates with a high school diploma or GED are preferred, but having pursued post-secondary education will be advantageous
