Roles and Duties:

• Team and Culture: Gives importance to teammates by recruiting, developing, and keeping essential talent.
• Supports the creation and maintenance of a safe, orderly, and efficient workplace through operational excellence.
• Visual merchandising is dedicated to crafting narratives that beautifully blend the worlds of sport and fashion.
• Digital: Strengthens and enriches the relationship between online and offline experiences by utilizing in-store features.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the retail industry or customer service sector spanning three years
• Twelve months of leadership involvement
• Illustrated capability in recruiting, establishing, and managing top-tier teams
• Excitement about engaging with consumers and encouraging them to participate in the Nike Membership opportunity
• The essence of digital literacy is the motivation to understand and adapt to technological needs promptly
• Being open to working a mix of morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts in line with the business needs
• Essential physical qualifications comprise the capacity to rotate, bend, crouch, stretch, climb up a ladder, and maintain a standing position for extended periods, with or without appropriate assistance.
• Proficiency in the English language
• Preference is given to candidates with a high school diploma or GED; however, completing post-secondary education is deemed beneficial
