Roles and Duties:

• By prioritizing selling and service, we aim to deliver a faultless consumer journey marked by inspiration, engagement, and comprehensive understanding of our products.
• Team and Culture: Places a significant emphasis on colleagues through the recruitment, training, and retention of crucial personnel.
• Operational excellence plays a pivotal role in fostering a secure, structured, and productive workspace.
• Visual merchandising aims to tell captivating stories that showcase the intersection of sports and style.
• Digital: Enhances and grows the connection between online and offline services with in-store tools.

Qualifications:

• A track record of three years working in retail or customer service roles
• A year's worth of leadership responsibilities
• Demonstrated effectiveness in sourcing, constructing, and overseeing high-functioning teams
• Zeal for connecting with clients and motivating them to embrace the Nike Members experience
• The core of digital literacy is the enthusiasm to learn and swiftly adapt to the technological necessities
• Demonstrating a flexible approach and readiness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in accordance with the business schedule
• Applicants must be able to twist, flex, squat, extend, climb a ladder, and remain standing for prolonged periods with or without appropriate accommodations.
• Capacity to express oneself in English
• While a high school diploma or GED is recommended, the completion of higher education may be viewed positively
