Qualifications:

• A history of three years in retail operations and customer service
• A year's worth of leadership responsibilities
• Shown capacity for attracting, forming, and guiding highly effective teams
• Passion for connecting with clients and encouraging them to enroll in the Nike Members initiative
• Digital literacy represents a willingness to acquire and adjust to the technological requirements with flexibility
• Showing flexibility and readiness to work different schedules such as mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary for the business
• Essential physical qualifications comprise the capacity to rotate, bend, crouch, stretch, climb up a ladder, and maintain a standing position for extended periods, with or without appropriate assistance.
• Capacity to express oneself in English
• It is preferred for applicants to hold a high school diploma or GED, and having completed post-secondary education would be an asset
