Qualifications:

  • Three years of employment in roles related to retail and consumer service
  • A year spent in a leadership capacity
  • Proved ability in enrolling, constructing, and heading high-performance teams
  • Eagerness to interact with customers and inspire them to become Nike Members
  • The core of digital literacy is the enthusiasm to learn and swiftly adapt to the technological necessities
  • Demonstrating adaptability and willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the business demands
  • Successful candidates should be capable of twisting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods with or without needed adjustments.
  • Proficient in the use of English for communication
  • The ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED; however, completion of post-secondary education will also be taken into consideration
