Roles and Duties:

• Selling and service remain the focal point of our operations, guaranteeing a seamless customer experience through offering support, building relationships, and sharing product expertise.
• Putting emphasis on team and culture involves prioritizing coworkers by hiring, enhancing skills, and retaining vital talent.
• Upholds a safe, organized, and efficient workplace environment through operational excellence.
• In visual merchandising, the main focus is on weaving compelling stories that celebrate the fusion of sport and fashion.
• Digital: Enhances and cultivates the connection between online and offline services with the help of in-store utilities.

Qualifications:

• Three years of background in retail and customer service
• Leadership background of one year
• Evidenced proficiency in attracting, structuring, and steering high-caliber teams
• Passion for interacting with customers and inspiring them to join the Nike Membership platform
• Digital literacy encompasses a strong desire to educate oneself and be agile in meeting the demands of technology
• Being willing to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary to meet the needs of the business
• The job necessitates individuals to have the physical capability to rotate, bend, stoop, stretch, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without necessary support.
• Skill in communicating using English
• Having a high school diploma or GED is favored, while finishing further education is seen as an added advantage
