Roles and Duties:

Qualifications:

• Three years of demonstrated expertise in retail and consumer service
• Leading for a year
• Manifested aptitude in engaging, structuring, and leading high-grade teams
• Zeal for connecting with clients and motivating them to embrace the Nike Members experience
• Having digital literacy means being eager to learn and quickly adapt to the technological advancements
• Demonstrating a flexible approach and readiness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in accordance with the business schedule
• Qualifications entail having the physical capacity to rotate, bend, squat, stretch, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without necessary accommodations.
• Ability to engage in English communication
• While a high school diploma or GED is the favored qualification, completing post-secondary education is viewed favorably
