Qualifications:

• Three years of practical knowledge in retail and consumer service
• Leading for a year
• Proved ability in enrolling, constructing, and heading high-performance teams
• Zeal for connecting with clients and motivating them to embrace the Nike Members experience
• Digital literacy embodies the willingness to acquire knowledge and adeptly respond to the demands of technology
• Displaying adaptability and a positive attitude towards working varied shifts such as mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to support the business operations
• Applicants must possess the physical capability to twist, stoop, squat, stretch, climb a ladder, and stay standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Capacity to express oneself in English
• A high school diploma or GED is the preferred qualification, but having post-secondary education would be considered advantageous
