Roles and Duties:

• We place selling and service at the heart of everything we do to guarantee a stellar consumer experience, characterized by inspiration, engagement, and a strong understanding of our products.
• Team and Culture: Shows a commitment to teammates through hiring, developing, and retaining essential talent.
• Supports the creation and maintenance of a safe, orderly, and efficient workplace through operational excellence.
• The essence of visual merchandising is the art of weaving narratives that intertwine sport and style seamlessly.
• Digital: Enhances and nurtures the correlation between online and offline services by implementing in-person instruments.

Qualifications:

• Three years of background in retail and customer service
• A year of leading others
• Shown capacity for attracting, forming, and guiding highly effective teams
• Eagerness to engage with customers and inspire them to be part of the Nike Membership community
• Being digitally literate involves the desire to learn and swiftly adjust to the evolving needs of technology
• Having the flexibility and readiness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by the business requirements
• Physical demands for the role include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for long periods with or without reasonable adjustments.
• Ability to engage in English communication
• Candidates with a high school diploma or GED are preferred, and completion of post-secondary education is regarded as beneficial
