• Fosters and upholds a safe, organized, and effective workplace environment through operational excellence.

• Digital: Boosts and fosters the relationship between virtual and physical services by employing in-store mechanisms.

Qualifications:

• A track record of three years working in retail or customer service roles
• Twelve months of leadership involvement
• Manifested aptitude in engaging, structuring, and leading high-grade teams
• Enthusiasm for connecting with clients and motivating them to sign up for Nike Membership benefits
• Having digital literacy entails a keenness to understand and keep up with the demands of technology adeptly
• Being open to working a mix of morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts in line with the business needs
• Qualifications entail having the physical capacity to rotate, bend, squat, stretch, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without necessary accommodations.
• Aptitude for English communication
• While a high school diploma or GED is recommended, the completion of higher education may be viewed positively
